For all early bird registrations payment must be received by November 10th, 2009. For all other registrations payment must be received prior to the event. Please be advised that your registration is not considered confirmed until payment has been received in full.

Terms and Conditions

*End user License agreement
By registering for this event you receive the assured complimentary copy of Flex Builder 3 Professional, you also agree to the terms and conditions as mentioned in the end user license agreement. In particular, pay attention to section 4.1.1, which states that the software may not be used for production or commercial purposes of any kind. If you plan on using Flex Builder to create commercial applications, you are required to purchase a copy of the software.

Gold Pass Policy
Gold Pass delegates will not be entitled for the Flex Builder 3 Professional License.

Registration Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your registration, you may do so with full refund less 20% administration charge up to November 20th for Chennai and November 27th for Hyderabad. Cancellations received after this date will not be liable for a refund. All cancellations must be received in writing and cancellation requests will not be accepted by telephone. Please e-mail your cancellation notice to adobe@endtoend.in. Adobe reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at any time.

Registration Substitution Policy
Registration substitutions are permitted only between employees from the same company. All substitution requests must be received by email before November 20th, 2009. Substitutions will not be accepted after the deadline.

No Show
No refund will be made to registrants who do not attend Adobe Devsummit. Registrants who do not attend Adobe Devsummit cannot claim the license copy after the event.

Event Cancellation
In the event that Adobe Devsummit is cancelled, registrants will receive the registration fee only. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.

Adobe shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from errors or omissions in its conference materials, nor shall Adobe be liable for any damages resulting from the use of its conference materials or other information conveyed at Adobe Devsummit. Adobe specifically disclaims, and will not be responsible for, any personal injury or property damage arising from or in connection with attendance at Adobe Devsummit or participation in any Adobe Devsummit activities or events.
